"sweet luxury craft to renew our faith in the world." - virginia s.

"delicious works of art" - cecelia s.

"hands down the best marshmallows ever" - alayna w.

hi, i'm alexx! i'm a classically trained pastry chef with a lifelong marshmallow obsession. i started the vermont marshmallow company to make something boldly flavored (& not too sweet!), pillowy-soft, and just as nostalgic as the marshmallows we had as kids, but better.

though we've grown to a team of 5, with over 120 5-star reviews and clients like prada, we still handcraft every batch in small quantities (17 bags at a time!) right here in vermont.

this state has a long tradition of makers who care deeply about their craft, and we're thrilled (like, so thrilled) to be part of that. our marshmallows make an unexpected and genuinely memorable gift (think: holidays, weddings, s'mores nights, or just because someone deserves something special).

we ship nationwide from our celiac-safe kitchen, so you can share a little vermont sweetness no matter where you (or your fav people) are.

yep, we're in stores!

we want to make it as eaaaasy as possible for you to experience childlike joy, so we're doing our best to get this pillowy goodness into stores *everywhere!* check the list to find our gourmet marshmallows in a store near you.
