I had a very specific flavor balance in mind for these Gingerbread Marshmallows. Normally I can nail a new recipe in 1-4 attempts, but I played around with this one for a full month before finding my Eureka Moment. If you like gingerbread, these'll be so much fun for you.

Ingredients: sugar, brown sugar, molasses, light corn syrup, gelatin, vanilla, spices, salt, corn starch

Storage: Cool, dark, and dry! Sunlight, air, and heat are the enemies of the marshmallows. In a pantry they're best within 3-4 months, in a fridge or freezer, up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
