shipping policy

Our policy is that if the mistake is ours, we will of course provide a refund or replacement. But once a package leaves our hands and is dropped off at USPS/UPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver your package correctly and on-time.
Unfortunately, we are too small of a company to be able to have the luxury of covering all of USPS's mistakes like the big companies do.
