is it even legal to be a vermont company without a maple product? we'd make this flavor even if i wasn't nervous that the authorities might be on my tail.
the marshmallow is spiced with cinnamon bark, cardamom, vanilla bean, cloves, black peppercorns, cold-pressed ginger & loose-leaf black tea.
we make our own powdered maple sugar: starting with Vermont maple syrup, we bring it juuuust up to the perfect temperature so that when we agitate it, it turns into sugar granules. we then pulverize the sugar to make it soft and cloud-like (and make the air smell so, so good).
and then, you guessed it, we toss our super-spiced chai marshmallows in our homemade sugar. they’re a fun blend of SPICE & SWEET; the perfect representation of vermont; and the perfect way to celebrate our rebrand to The Vermont Marshmallow Co.
Size: Bag of 10 handcut ~1.25x1.25" marshmallows
Ingredients: Sugar, light corn syrup,* gelatin, chai spices, maple sugar, vanilla, salt
Storage: Cool, dark, and dry! Sunlight, air, and heat are the enemies of the marshmallows. In a pantry they're best within 3-4 months, in a fridge or freezer, up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
